Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of procurement or related experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS or willingness to learn.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible status required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, negotiation, and award of POs for materials and services.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineering, and planning to align with demand signals.
• Prepare procurement documentation and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and assist in corrective action planning.
• Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to execute procurement transactions and track orders.
• Communicate order status and risks to stakeholders to support schedules.
• Assist supplier engagement and data gathering for reviews.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Contribute to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with procurement support.
