ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks an experienced Document Controls Analyst to support document control across complex engineering and project environments in Providence, RI. You will maintain project documentation, ensure compliance with standards, and support document workflows using Procore.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of document control experience and hands-on Procore expertise, with the ability to work across multiple project teams, manage high volumes of records, and

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of college coursework and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of document control experience in engineering/construction environments.
• Hands-on Procore experience required.
• Experience with PMIS platforms such as Procore, SharePoint, InEight.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and version control.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
• Utilize Procore to manage document workflows, file organization, revisions, and project records.
• Support day-to-day document control activities across project teams.
• Review and improve document control processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation.
