ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks an experienced Document Controls Analyst to manage project documentation, workflows, and compliance across engineering teams in Massachusetts. You will support Procore-based processes, maintain naming conventions, and help improve document controls practice.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and controls staff to ensure accurate records, timely reporting, and training on document control procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5+ years of document control, project documentation, or information management.
• Hands-on Procore experience required.
• Experience with PMIS platforms such as Procore, SharePoint, InEight, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management, revision control, and records management.
• Experience with engineering drawings and document numbering conventions.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI and Visio a plus.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with stakeholders.

• Support compliance with internal, client, and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to project team members on document control procedures and Procore usage.
• Monitor document status and develop reports to support project teams and leadership.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Document Controls Analyst to support document control processes across complex engineering and project environments. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting document workflows, and helping ensure information is organized, accessible, and compliant with project and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of document controls experience and hands-on experience using Procore. This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working across multiple project teams, managing high volumes of documentation, and helping improve document control processes and system usage.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of college coursework and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in document control, project documentation, or information management, preferably within engineering, construction, utilities, energy, or other project-driven environments.
• Hands‑on Procore experience is required.
• Experience supporting document control systems and/or PMIS platforms such as Procore, SharePoint, InEight, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle management, revision and version control, document workflows, and records management.
• Experience working with engineering drawings, project documentation, and document numbering/naming conventions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and large volumes of documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across project and functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power BI and Visio is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders.

Benefits & Salary

• This position pays between $90,000 and $125,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
