Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Process Writer to document CX processes, create SOPs and DLPs, and map workflows. You will work with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and CX teams to ensure standardized, accurate documentation across functional areas.

You will implement templates, version control, and quality checks, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable materials that improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical writing, business, or related field.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping experience.
• Experience with SOP/DLP development and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Document existing processes with flowcharts, maps, and descriptions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and DLPs across CX functions with version control.
• Conduct QA to ensure accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and refine documentation.
• Manage documentation projects with milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
