Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Process Writer to document processes, create SOPs and DLPs, and map CX workflows. You will collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and CX teams to standardize documentation that aligns with best practices.

The role focuses on process maps, gap analysis, version control, and periodic reviews to ensure documentation reflects current operations and meets standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical writing or related field.
• Experience in SOP and DLP development and documentation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for document control.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document processes, write procedures, SOPs and DLPs for CX areas.
• Develop and maintain standardized documentation templates and tools.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and refine documentation.
• Manage documentation projects with planning, milestones, risk identification and stakeholder coordination.
