Gainwell Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst - BPM Trainer / eLearning to lead business analyses that align IT solutions with strategic goals for multiple accounts. You will act as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding how to validate requirements, model processes, and document designs across teams.

This role emphasizes collaboration with clients and training teams; you will oversee training material development, including eLearning videos and job aids, and support go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 9+ years of business analysis experience.
• Proven experience in analyzing and designing business processes and workflows.
• Strong understanding of CMS, MITA concepts, and healthcare operations, particularly in Medicaid environments.
• Expertise with immunization systems and HL7 interoperability preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead business analyses aligning IT solutions with client goals.
• Model and document client business processes and workflows.
• Validate requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate tasks across projects.
• Develop time estimates for training development and process modeling.
• Publish process models to centralized repositories and maintain standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and training managers on training needs.
• Manage training material development including eLearning content.
