Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to lead CX process improvement initiatives. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, recommend practical solutions, and support implementation across CX areas.

The role emphasizes driving operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methods, with a focus on measurable impact and stakeholder collaboration. Remote-based US opportunity with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Five or more years in process improvement, operational excellence, or related discipline.
• Experience leading improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience facilitating process mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and redesign efforts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects to boost efficiency, quality, and customer experience using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methods.
• Analyze processes, workflows, and performance data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate mapping sessions (process, value stream) and root cause analysis with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop current and future state process designs aligned with business goals.
• Establish success metrics, track outcomes, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Support change management through documentation, communication, and implementation planning.
• Share best practices and tools across enterprise initiatives to promote operational excellence.
