Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and business documentation skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support standardization and scalability.
• Use data and performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and drive decisions.
