Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Process Writer to document CX processes, write SOPs and DLPs, and create process maps. You will work with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and CX teams to standardize documentation across functional areas.

The role emphasizes collaboration, version control, and ensuring documentation meets organizational standards. Remote US-only position with travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical writing, business, or related field.
• Experience creating SOPs, DLPs, and process documentation.
• Knowledge management: organizing and distributing information.

Responsibilities

• Document processes with flowcharts, maps, and written descriptions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and DLPs across CX areas.
• Conduct QA and ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
• Create templates and resources to enable standardized documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather details and feedback.
• Track progress and report on documentation projects; communicate updates.
