• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department operations including yields, reject trends, quality and compliance.
• Operate production equipment in accordance with validated limits and established procedures.
• Troubleshoot area systems and production equipment as deviations occur; correct problems.
• Write work orders as needed; organize and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Lead in the technical training and coaching of employees; oversee shift activities in absence of supervisor.
• Maintain GMP standards and general housekeeping of the work area and plant.
