Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department operations including yields, reject trends, quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot area systems and production equipment when deviations occur.
• Train employees and assist junior staff as needed.
• Plan and direct work, maintaining GMP standards and housekeeping.
• Act as SME for verification of area system operation and SOPs.
