Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee production schedule and changeovers across multiple lines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and cGMPs.
• Coordinate batch documentation: data entry, verification, and approvals.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and staffing plans.
• Conduct deviation investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in budgeting and daily performance reporting.
