Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the coordination of manufacturing processes on multiple lines. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and efficient operation, managing the production floor, batch records, and deviations with timely CAPAs.

The position emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs. Responsibilities include scheduling, changeovers, staff supervision, and collaboration with support groups to meet budgets and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production personnel on a manufacturing floor
• Proven ability to coordinate manufacturing schedules and changeovers
• Strong working knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs and batch documentation
• Analytical skills for root cause investigations and CAPA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedule and equipment changeovers across multiple lines
• Supervise hourly production staff on assigned shift
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs and quality standards
• Document batch records, deviations and investigations with timely reporting
• Lead deviation investigations and implementation of corrective actions
• Support training and staff development for operations personnel
• Contribute to annual operating budget and cost control initiatives
• Provide daily performance updates and communicate across shifts
