Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced technician to provide technical and administrative support in installing and operating automated production lines. You will troubleshoot electromechanical equipment, manage PM tasks, and ensure safety and compliance while collaborating with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Required: 4-6 years in industrial automation, strong PLC/HMI knowledge, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

4-6 years' experience troubleshooting electromechanical and PLC-controlled equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics.
Experience with troubleshooting advanced automated processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated production equipment under limited supervision.
Lead preventive maintenance tasks for packaging electro-mechanical systems and vision systems.
Verify machine operation and safety of peripheral equipment after PM procedures.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to allocate parts and document repairs.
Set up and operate basic machining tools and assist with repairs as needed.
Document test results and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
