Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Owner to manage and continuously improve end-to-end processes. You will be the central point of accountability, aligning processes with business goals and delivering measurable value.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, monitor performance with KPIs, and lead or support redesigns to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across HVAC manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC manufacturing operations experience.
• Lean Six Sigma or related process certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the process strategy, scope, and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvements with business needs.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and analytics to identify gaps or risks.
• Lead or support process redesign for consistency and scalability.
• Own governance, change management, documentation, and training.
• Serve as SME for the assigned process and resolve escalations.
• Partner with IT and operations to implement supporting systems/tools.
