Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or related field.
5 years HVAC manufacturing operations experience.
Lean Six Sigma certification or related process certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and document the process strategy, scope, and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align process improvements with business needs.
Monitor process performance using KPIs and analytics to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or compliance risks.
Lead or support process redesign initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.
Own the governance of the process, including change management, documentation, and training.
Partner with IT, operations, and other departments to implement systems or tools supporting the process.
