Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Owner to lead end-to-end process improvements in our HVAC manufacturing operations. You will define strategy, scope, and objectives, collaborate with stakeholders, and own governance and change management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years in HVAC manufacturing, and Lean Six Sigma preferred; you will analyze KPIs, drive redesigns, and partner with IT and Operations to implement supporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC manufacturing operations experience.
• Lean Six Sigma or related process certification preferred.

Job Description: The Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for managing and continuously improving one or more end-to-end business processes within an organization. Acting as the central point of accountability, the BPO ensures that the process aligns with business goals, delivers value, and meets performance expectations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and document the process strategy, scope, and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align process improvements with business needs.

Work Environment

• Often work will be performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
