Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma or related process certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the process strategy, scope, and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align improvements with needs.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs and analytics to identify gaps or risks.
• Lead or support process redesign initiatives ensuring quality and scalability.
• Own governance of the process including change management and training.
• Serve as the SME for the assigned process, guiding and resolving escalations.
• Partner with IT and operations to implement supporting systems or tools.
