Job summary

gategroup is seeking a day-to-day governance and process owner to manage routing setup, load planning, sequencing logic, and documentation flows. The role focuses on maintaining SOPs, supporting testing and training, and partnering with global site teams for improvement opportunities.

You will contribute to end-to-end process governance in a fast-paced, international aviation context, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics.
• Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain subprocess-level SOPs, controls, and standard work.
• Support testing, documentation updates, and training activities.
• Assist with routing data accuracy, sequencing logic, and dispatch workflows.
• Conduct periodic performance checks and support audits.
• Partner with site teams to gather insights and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support deployment of new tools, equipment, and process enhancements.
