gategroup is seeking a Senior Regional Process Owner to advance Operational Excellence across North America. You will translate global strategy into regional execution, drive standardization, and foster cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders worldwide.

You will lead governance, program delivery, and capability-building initiatives, shaping process maturity and embedding a culture of performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading regional Operational Excellence programs.
• Ability to shape and embed enterprise-wide process frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management across global, regional and local teams.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven improvement methods.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities
