Job summary

gategroup in Reston, Virginia is seeking a motivated professional to support day-to-day governance and development of transport subprocesses, including routing setup, load planning, sequencing logic, and documentation flows. You will collaborate with site teams, perform periodic performance checks, and assist with audits while driving improvements.

The role requires 3–5+ years in operations or internal logistics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics.
• Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions.
• Understanding of material flow, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain subprocess-level SOPs, controls, and standard work.
• Support testing, documentation updates, and training activities.
• Assist with routing data accuracy, sequencing logic, and dispatch workflows.
• Conduct periodic performance checks and support audits.
• Partner with site teams to gather insights and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support deployment of new tools, equipment, and process enhancements.
