PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Consultant within Retail Bank Operations to optimize end-to-end processes through automation, AI, and workflow systems.

You will partner with lines of business to design solutions that reduce processing time and mitigate risks, based in Pittsburgh, PA, or other listed locations. You will mentor teams, drive cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment with risk management frameworks while delivering measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related field.
• Experience leading complex process-improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions using analytics, automation, and process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Lines of Business to evaluate and execute on complex operations or technology processes to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Conduct diagnostics, quantify value creation, and present business cases and cost-benefit analyses to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional design efforts and develop end-to-end solutions in operations and systems.
• Mentor teams to build capabilities and sustain post-implementation improvements.
