Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within Retail Bank Operations- Issues Management. You will be based in multiple locations including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, or Dallas, with AI-focused analytics and data-driven decision making at the core of the role.

The position emphasizes leveraging AI and prompt engineering to accelerate analytics outcomes and collaborating with product/business partners across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of direct industry experience.
• Certifications often desired; in lieu of degree, a comparable combination of education, certs and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise across functions to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool/strategy implementation, monitoring, statistical scoring, BI, data quality, and analytical product/solution development.
• Determine the optimal analytic approach and support development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualize, develop and optimize analytical solutions for leadership to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and communicate conclusions to a wide range of audiences.
