Job summary

PNC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end cash operations across branch and ATM networks in Pittsburgh. You will reconcile cash movements, collaborate with partners, and ensure accurate processing of deposits and bills while identifying efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proven ability to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Experience with financial operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash orders/shipments between branches and vendor vaults.
• Collaborate with service partners to resolve exception items promptly.
• Record IMT and Oracle GL journals to clear reconcilements and cash vault issues.
• Sort and file cash deposit tickets received via FedEx.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new hires and support process improvements.
• Review transactions for completeness and compliance with policies.
