Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the third-party report process, including bids, engagement, memos, site inspections, and deadlines.
• Manage cost accounting summaries and vendor invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain Salesforce as the system of record to support underwriting and closing.
• Deliver loan documents and data to Agencies.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, digitize, or automate processes.
• Lead projects from scoping to completion and coordinate stakeholders.
• Oversee offshore processes and ensure alignment with agency guidelines.
• Develop procedures and job aids for the Centralized Team.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure continuity in supervisor absences.
