Job summary
Intel's Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering (MDCE) is seeking a Senior Process Integration Development Engineer in the US. This role focuses on yield improvement, device targeting, and performance optimization across products and process derivatives, bridging Technology Development and high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years semiconductor process integration experience.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in device physics and interconnects; critical parameter control.
- Experience with big data analysis for identifying and resolving process challenges.
- Semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Lead yield-improvement projects across products and process derivatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies to characterize processes throughout development lifecycle.
- Utilize big data analytics to identify tool limitations and propose data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with Technology Development and Yield Teams to qualify and optimize technologies.
- Develop integrated process solutions for manufacturability, cost, and productivity.
