Job summary

Intel MDCE is seeking a Senior Process Integration Development Engineer to bridge technology development and high-volume manufacturing, driving manufacturability, cost and performance improvements across products and process derivatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, perform feasibility studies, and apply data analytics and ML approaches to optimize processes, enabling the IDM 2.0 strategy and customer-focused solutions in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or STEM field.
• 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience focused on process integration development and customization.
• Experience in large-volume manufacturing environments with deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in device physics and/or interconnects and critical parameter control.
• Experience in big data analysis for identifying and resolving process and manufacturing challenges.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects focused on yield improvement, device targeting, and performance optimization across products and process derivatives.
• Execute feasibility studies and experiments to characterize processes throughout development, ensuring robust integration.
• Utilize big data analytics to identify tool limitations and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology Development and Yield Teams to develop, qualify, import, and optimize emerging semiconductor technologies.
• Develop integrated process solutions for manufacturability, cost, and productivity; support NPI activities.
