Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Process Integration and Yield Engineer to drive data-driven improvements in advanced manufacturing. You will analyze data, identify root causes of yield issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance process quality and reliability.

The role is part of Intel's Foundry Technology Development Yield group, collaborating across manufacturing, operations, and engineering to ensure process stability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor level degree with 4+ years experience in relevant field, or higher degrees with matching experience.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools, SPC and DOE principles, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify defect and yield improvement opportunities.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
  • Collaborate with integration, module, and yield engineers to improve quality and reliability.
  • Develop tools and methodologies for high-volume data analysis to find root causes.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to prevent quality and yield excursions.
  • Support new product introductions and design of experiments to optimize processes.
