Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Integration Engineer in Malta, NY to lead the 300mm process integration team and own development, customer engagement, and production readiness.

The role requires leadership, a strong technical background in FEOL/BEOL and the ability to drive continuous improvement with a balanced scorecard approach while delivering quality, cost, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in process integration or semiconductor fabrication.
• Proven leadership delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong PM skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration team on baseline improvement and CIP in 45RF/45RFe tech.
• Lead NPIs with zero execution errors and address customer feedback.
• Collaborate with module, yield, program mgmt, CE and packaging/reliability teams.
• Perform project management and data analysis.
• Identify and resolve process integration issues and improve design rules.
• Support new designs with module characterization and test structures.
• Drive CIP to achieve organizational goals while ensuring safety.
