Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or related engineering physical science discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills, including schedules, scope and cost trade-offs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration team on baseline improvement and CIP in 45RF and 45RFe technologies.
• Lead NPIs with zero execution errors; address customer feedback and debug solutions.
• Collaborate with process module, yield engineering, program management, CE and packaging/reliability teams.
• Perform project management and data analysis.
• Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems.
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and yield concerns.
• Develop and improve test structures for rapid process characterization.
• Drive CIP to meet organizational goals.
• Operate safely and adhere to EH&S requirements.
