Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams in developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills with schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Technology transfer in 55BCDLite, eNVM and other technologies.
• Collaborate with process module & reliability teams on process solutions.
• Drive technology cost reduction, process convergence and yield improvement.
