Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a highly motivated process integration manager for the 300mm process integration team at Fab 8. Lead baseline improvements and NPIs, drive analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advancements for mass production.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of leadership experience, strong PM skills, and a deep technical understanding of multiple processes. This role emphasizes quality, cost, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills focused on schedules, scope and cost.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration team on baseline improvement and CIPs in 45RF and 45RFe technologies.
• Lead NPIs with zero execution errors.
• Receive customer feedback and debug problems to solutions.
• Collaborate with module, yield engineering, program management, CE and sometimes packaging and reliability teams.
• Perform project management and data analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical & yield concerns.
• Develop and improve test structures for rapid characterization of processes.
• Drive CIP to deliver organizational goals.
• Adhere to EH&S requirements and collaborate on other projects.
