Qualifications

• BS in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Solid State Physics; 4–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading engineer teams and delivering advanced technology for mass production; strong project management.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and technical writing skills; Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration team on baseline improvement and CIP's in 45RFSOI and 45RFe technologies.
• Drive NPIs with zero execution errors and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Own technology module priorities and define improvement experiments and hardware disposition.
