Talanto seeks a Senior Process Integration Development Engineer to drive processing innovations for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams, perform feasibility studies, and apply data-driven methods to optimize device performance and yield.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Technology Development and Yield teams, development of integrated process solutions, and execution of NPI activities to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of semiconductor experience.
• Experience with process integration development in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects focused on yield improvement, device targeting, and performance optimization.
• Execute feasibility studies and experiments to characterize processes during development.
• Apply big data analytics to identify tool limitations and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology Development and Yield Teams to qualify and optimize emerging semiconductor technologies.
• Develop integrated process solutions for manufacturability, cost, and productivity objectives.
• Execute New Product Introduction activities and implement process customizations for foundry customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical insights to stakeholders.
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning to analyze large datasets for manufacturing insights.
