Job summary
Intel’s Manufacturing Development Customer Engineering (MDCE) group seeks an experienced engineer to lead yield optimization and process improvements across products and derivatives. You will collaborate with Technology Development and Yield teams to qualify and integrate new semiconductor technologies and drive NPI activities for foundry customers.
Requires a strong background in process integration, large-volume manufacturing, and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a STEM field is required.
- PhD is preferred for advanced research and leadership.
- Minimum 5+ years in semiconductor processing or integration.
- Experience with large-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of device physics and interconnects.
- Proficient in data analysis for process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects to improve yield and performance.
- Run feasibility studies and experiments across development lifecycle.
- Use big data analytics to identify tool limitations and improvements.
- Collaborate to qualify and optimize emerging technologies for foundry use.
- Design integrated process solutions for manufacturability and cost.
- Support NPI activities and tailor processes to customer specs.
