Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Process Integration and Yield Engineer PhD Intern to contribute to module process development, integration flows, and equipment configuration for manufacturing modules. You will analyze defect data, run experiments, and assist in risk assessments while collaborating with engineering teams to optimize metrology strategies and troubleshoot process flow issues.

The internship offers hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, with exposure to advanced data

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
Proficiency in microscopy techniques.
Background in circuit design and semiconductor device physics.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python or similar programming languages.
Understanding of scan and automatic test pattern generation methodologies.

Responsibilities

Contributes to module process development, process integration flows, and equipment configuration for manufacturing modules.
Supports yield improvement initiatives by analyzing defect data, conducting experiments, and assisting in risk assessments.
Collaborates with engineering teams to optimize metrology strategies and troubleshoot process flow issues.
Contributes to continuous improvement efforts in high-volume manufacturing environments.
