Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 8+ years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership.
• 3+ years of experience at Process Improvement Manager level.
• Experience with PBM Claims/Accumulator, SQL, Teradata, Vendor Management, Prior Authorization and Eligibility knowledge, Python and Automation, Lean Six Sigma, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements related best practices.
• Develops metrics to track performance and goals.
• Acts as internal consultant for enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
