Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to analyze workflows, processes and systems to identify improvements.
• Excellent written and oral communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the department on process improvement teams and new technology implementations.
• Lead annual review/revision of procedures and train associates on new processes.
• Coordinate workload reporting, monitor timeliness and backlog across sites.
• Review monthly workload reports and implement corrective plans as needed.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
