Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus a background in behavioral health preferred, and a BA/BS with 5+ years experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent background.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced process improvement responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives and coordinate across departments.

• Lead annual review/revision of procedures and training for new processes.

• Provide guidance on processes, systems, and tools for improvement; analyze workload reports and implement corrective plans.
