Job summary

Amazon's Global Standards & Customer Excellence organization is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to drive network-wide projects within the XMCI team. You will lead kaizen events, facilitate cross-functional problem solving, and deliver sustained improvements across NA Operations.

This high-visibility role requires exceptional stakeholder management, the ability to align site leadership, process owners, and leaders up to the VP level, and travel up to 50% to support multiple miles

Qualifications

• Experience leading kaizen events across complex networks.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, up to VP.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead kaizen events across miles and business units to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, people, and cost.
• Structure event agendas and apply Lean tools (VSM, 5 Whys, fishbone, PDCA) to drive results.
• Partner with XMCI scoping and leadership teams to ensure readiness and align on objectives, metrics, and business cases.
