Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to drive network-wide projects within the XMCI team, planning and leading kaizen events that deliver measurable results across NA Operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, teach Lean tools, and guide stakeholders through root-cause analysis and solution design.

You will work across miles and business units, earning credibility with site leadership and delivering sustainment plans. Travel up to 50% is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kaizen events and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to drive process improvements at scale.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and drive cross-functional kaizen events end-to-end.
• Lead and align diverse stakeholders up to VP level for improvements.
• Apply Lean tools to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Provide regular status reports on event execution and sustainment.
