Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Process Improvement professional for our Hermiston, OR distribution center. You will lead process improvement initiatives, apply 5S, Six Sigma, time and motion studies to reduce losses, and deliver KPI-driven results within the Walmart Performance System framework.

You will manage top-loss projects, promote standard work, and collaborate with area managers to build capability while aligning with company values and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3 years’ experience in Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Improvement tools and methods to eliminate losses in a Distribution Center.
• Analyze KPI data and implement standard work to reduce process variation.
• Support deployment of Walmart Performance System (WPS) and best practices across teams.
• Coordinate with area managers to drive top-loss projects and build capability.
