Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive discovery, analysis, and target-state design across multiple Agile workstreams. You will mentor junior analysts, facilitate executive workshops, and ensure adherence to BPI methodologies.

You'll collaborate with Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers, and client stakeholders to analyze current-state operations, identify improvements, and support modernization planning across enterprise-wide programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Public Policy, or related field.
• Seven years of experience conducting business process analysis, process improvement, or modernization initiatives.
• Five+ years leading teams or managing large-scale process improvement engagements.
• Experience leading development of current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process models.
• Experience facilitating executive interviews, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Proficiency in BPMN, swim-lane diagrams, journey mapping, UML, IDEF, or similar methodologies.
• Experience supporting Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.
• Must be US citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business process discovery interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Oversee development of detailed As-Is process maps, workflows, journey maps, and dependency analyses.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready requirements and capability recommendations.
• Develop transition strategies and modernization recommendations across multiple workstreams.
