Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Engineer to document processes, translate operations into clear requirements, and support Agile, data‑driven project delivery. You will map workflows, develop user stories, and contribute to client-facing deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Up to 10% travel required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consulting or business analysis, experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), and a background in data-centric process

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (and ability to obtain/maintain)
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years in consulting, business analysis, or technology delivery
• 1 year working on Agile projects with an Agile work-management tool
• Experience documenting processes and producing client-facing deliverables
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings/workshops and documenting outcomes
• Nice to have: data modeling basics, BPMN, data catalogs, reference data concepts
• Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Lean Six Sigma certification or improvement project involvement
• Experience coordinating work across product teams (engineering, data, operations)
