Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst to support law enforcement process improvement initiatives, gathering and documenting requirements to aid automation development. You will analyze controls within complex processes and perform research using MS Office tools.

The role involves working with Homeland Security clients to enhance workflows and drive change across programs requiring Public Trust eligibility and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business analyst for a law enforcement agency conducting process improvement initiatives, gathering and documenting requirements to help with automation development.
• Solve problems by following procedures and evaluate controls associated with complex business processes.
• Conduct research and analysis using MS Office toolsets.
• Work with clients within the Homeland Security space to improve processes.
