Qualifications

• 10+ years of energy industry experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in process modeling, metrics development, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with root cause analysis and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience developing CBT content and applying SDLC and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process design and training across the organization.
• Perform complex analyses to identify process opportunities, gaps, redundancies, and changes.
• Oversee and maintain business process models, quality controls, and the process model repository.
• Develop computer-based training materials for organization-wide change management.
