Guidehouse is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support process discovery, mapping, and documentation across Agile workstreams. You’ll conduct stakeholder interviews and assist in developing current- and future-state processes.

The role requires a US citizenship, ability to obtain Public Trust, and 2+ years in business analysis. You will work at client sites in Washington, DC and Tyson's Corner, VA, with a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required due to client engagements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Two (2)+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, swim-lanes, and journey mapping.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business process discovery and documentation across multiple Agile workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshop support activities.
• Create As-Is and To-Be process documentation and process maps.
• Capture requirements, business rules, and operational procedures.
• Assist with sprint planning and backlog development.
• Maintain project repositories and process documentation.
