Job summary

Coho Consulting Group in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a Process Improvement and Automation Team Lead to direct a multidisciplinary team delivering end-to-end process reengineering and automation using Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and M365.

You will oversee agile delivery, partner with HRD and TDSD, drive governance, and mentor engineers to implement scalable solutions; on-site at Mark Center with occasional telework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, CS, or MIS.
• 7–8 years in process improvement or IT project delivery; 2–3 years in team lead roles.
• Federal government or DoD contracting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and task a multidisciplinary team of analysts and developers.
• Conduct process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Evaluate improvements balancing technical and governance aspects.
• Manage backlogs, sprints, requirements, user stories, and testing.
• Provide governance for Power Apps, Power Automate, BI, and Dataverse.
• Guide SharePoint Online architecture and Teams integration.
