Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Technical Lead to own and drive architecture, integration, and automation across SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. You will shape end-to-end strategy, design scalable sites, and lead migrations and governance in collaboration with the CIO and VP of Global IT Operations.

You will champion architecture standards, ALM pipelines, and AI capability integrations, delivering tangible outputs and prototypes while guiding

Qualifications

7+ years designing Microsoft enterprise solutions.
SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, metadata, search.
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse — requirements through production.
SharePoint content migration using ShareGate.
Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST APIs.
Entra ID, security groups, identity, and authorization.
ALM — Dev / Test / Prod deployment practices.
PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong written technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to operate with incomplete requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the firm's SharePoint Online strategy, architecture, and implementation end-to-end.
Design scalable sites, document libraries, content types, metadata, navigation, and search.
Develop secure, maintainable permission models for complex organizational needs.
Lead enterprise content migration from network file shares using ShareGate.
Design source-to-target mappings, metadata mappings, and migration validation procedures.
Evaluate native Microsoft capabilities before introducing custom development.
Support integration of SharePoint content with Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities.
Leverage Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, and Entra ID in solution designs.
