Coho Consulting Group seeks a Process Improvement and Automation Team Lead to direct a multidisciplinary team supporting WHS HRD within the Technology & Data Support Division at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

You will drive end-to-end process reengineering, streamline workflows, and implement scalable automation using Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and M365, while guiding engineers and developers to high-impact solutions.

Formación

• Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Transformation, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Overall Experience: 7–8 years in process improvement, business transformation, or IT project delivery, with 2–3 years in a team lead/PM role.
• Federal government or DoD contracting experience preferred; prior WHS/HR experience is a plus.
• PMI- or Agile-related certifications (PMP or CSM/SAFe).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and task a multidisciplinary team of analysts and low-code developers.
• Conduct process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to map current and future-state processes.
• Assess improvements and determine delivery approach across technical and non-technical dimensions.
• Manage project backlogs, sprints, requirements, user stories, and acceptance testing.
• Provide governance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Guide SharePoint Online architecture, Teams integrations, and data pipelines.
• Drive AI adoption (Copilot) to automate HR workflows.
• Establish standards, security, and documentation compliant with DoD guidelines.
